Priority Healthcare Management provides several products to help you manage your facility. You may choose one or all of our products:

Consulting

Priority Healthcare Management can provide you with the necessary consulting to help you and your facility prior to a federal and/or state survey.

Our team has acquired vast experience going through the survey process.  We can evaluate your facility and provide you with the tools and education necessary to have a successful survey*.

If your facility has received a "G" or higher, Priority healthcare Management can assist you and your staff by evaluating the facility's programs and suggesting the necessary tools, inservices, policies and procedures as well as helping create the plan of correction (POC) to answer the statement of deficiencies (2567) according to federal and state (CA) regulations.

If your facility has been served, or you believe that you may be receiving a lawsuit, by the way that a resident and/or family member is acting, Priority Healthcare Management can also help.

Once notified, our Certified Legal Nurse, will review the resident chart and any other documentation necessary to determine risk areas, if any. This information is of great value to your attorney, while not paying attorney's rates, and it is secured for discovery under the Quality Assurance Act.

PriorityPrograms

Priority Healthcare Management has created a series of programs such as QA, Wound Prevention, Abuse Investigation, and Incident Investigation reporting.

All these programs were created by qualified, experienced healthcare professionals, have been reviewed by a healthcare defense attorney and come accompanied by policies, procedures and forms.

As part of these programs, Priority Healthcare Management will also provide staff the necessary education to implement the programs that the facility chooses to use.

In addition, Priority Healthcare Management has arranged an annual 3 hour free legal consultation** for any facility that purchases this service.

PriorityReach

PriorityReach is a service of Priority Healthcare Management which allows residents, family members, visitors, employees to report any incidents.

PriorityReach™ is an easy way to express concerns you may have for the services provided by the companies that contract our services.

Customers, visitors and employees of these companies can make anonymous reports regarding an incident in the facility, including abuse, negligence, corporate compliance, privacy (HIPPA) regulations or any situation that the reporter is interested in communicating.  Also, you can praise an employee for going above and beyond the call of duty.  This is also important because it helps the facility recognize employees who deserve extra praise.

Upon receiving the report, PriorityReach™ staff will notify the company officials about details relayed in the report.
